Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Palladium Cookies SaaS platform. They apply to any user who creates an account or uses the service.
1.Purpose
Palladium Cookies is a SaaS consent management platform (CMP) for website publishers to collect, log and prove visitor consent in compliance with GDPR, the ePrivacy directive and IAB TCF / Google Consent Mode standards.
2.Acceptance
Creating an account and using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Users acknowledge having read these Terms before any use.
3.Service description
The service includes a customisable consent banner, an automatic cookie scanner, a legal consent register, geolocated statistics, a multi-domain admin console, integrations with major analytics and ad tools, a documented REST API and technical support according to the subscribed plan. Per-plan feature lists are described on /pricing and /solution.
4.User account
Access to the platform requires the creation of an account with a valid email address. The user is responsible for:
- The confidentiality of credentials and any use made from their account.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP MFA) when the role or company requires it.
- Keeping contact details up to date (security notifications, incident alerts, subprocessor changes).
5.User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law, public order and accepted standards.
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures, nor reverse-engineer proprietary code.
- Respect domain and consent quotas of their plan; any overage is billed pay-as-you-go per the Sales Terms.
- Not use the platform to collect personal data without a legal basis, nor for purposes contrary to data-subject rights.
6.Availability
The publisher undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care and per industry standards. Outages may occur for maintenance, security updates or force majeure. Quantified availability commitments (SLA) appear in the Sales Terms for Business and Enterprise plans.
7.Intellectual property
The publisher retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, source code, trademarks, visuals and documentation. The user is granted a strictly personal, non-transferable right of use, limited to the duration and purpose of the subscription.
8.Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy available at /legal/privacy , supplemented by the GDPR Art. 28 DPA available at /legal/dpa.
9.Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the billing interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refund is owed. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, after unsuccessful 15-day notice.
10.Modification of these Terms
The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes are notified to users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the publisher's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
