Visual customization
Three main colors, a logo, and that's it — Palladium is intentionally minimalist to remain readable and accessible.
Colors
- Banner background — modal color.
- Text — title, description, category labels.
- Accept button — primary button background color. Button text is automatically adjusted (black or white) based on the brightness of your color, to ensure a WCAG AA ratio.
Auto-contrast: if your button color is too light, Palladium switches the label to black. You see this behavior live in the editor, to the right of each color field (AA / Fail badge).
Logo
Two options:
- Paste a URL hosted on your CDN (ideal in production).
- Upload a file — converted to
data:image/...;base64,...and stored in the database. Limited to 200 KB.
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP. The logo is rendered at max-height:36px / max-width:140px in the banner.

For advanced modifications (HTML structure, animations, fonts), fork palladium.js and host it under your domain. The file structure is documented in comments at the top of the script.
